NFL Playoff Quarterback Rankings

They are down to 8 in the NFL playoffs with this weekend's NFC and AFC Divisional Playoffs. The games kick on Saturday with Seattle traveling to the "Frozen Tundra" and the Packers. Saturday also features Jacksonville at the undefeated Patriots. Sundays sees San Diego taking on the Colts and the NY Giants traveling to Dallas. One thing these packersnflofficial.com/Nike-Andrew-Quarless-Jersey.html 8 teams have in common is good consistent quarterback play, which is a must for teams that want to make it this far in the playoffs. Garrard ranks last among the 8 in passing yards with a total of 2,509. However Garrard does have a higher QB rating than all but Tom Brady of the Patriots. This comes from the fact that Jacksonville throws the ball far less than any of the remaining teams. He has only attempted 325 passes on the season which is fewer than 5 of the 8 have completed (Brady, Rivers, P. Manning, Hasselbeck, and Romo). On the reason he has a remarkable 18 touchdowns to only 3 INT's. The question remains on Garrard can he lead a team down in the field if need be in a big situation.

The younger Manning comes into the game completing 56.1% of his passes, which is the lowest percentage of any QB left playing. He also comes in with the most INT's (20). His QB rating of 73.9 is by far the lowest of any of the signal callers remaining as well. On the season he has thrown for 3,336 yards and 23 touchdowns.

6) Jamari Lattimore Jersey Phillip Rivers San Diego

Rivers comes into the weekend with a QB rating of 82.4. He has completed 277 of 460 passes (60.2%) with 21 tds and 15 INT's. Hasselbeck has not disappointed going 352 of 562 (62.6%) for 3,966 yards, 28 TD's and only 12 INT's. The passing yards rank 8th in the league and behind 4 of the remaining playoff QB's. Hasselbeck also comes into the game with some quality playoff experience winning 4 playoff games in the past 3 seasons.

4) Tony Romo Dallas

Romo comes into the game third in the league in passing yards with 4,211. His problem this season has been turnovers. Romo has thrown 19 INT's, which ranks 7th among Jamari Lattimore Kids Jersey the remaining QB's, only ahead of Eli Manning. Romo also needs to prove he can win the big game after last year's disappointing ending in their loss to Seattle.

3) Brett Favre Green packersnflofficial.com/Nike-Micah-Hyde-Jersey.html Bay

Favre comes into this playoff season with quite possibly having his best overall season. He ranks fourth in the league in passing yards and has a QB rating of 95.7. The best thing going for Favre is the fact that he has 20 playoff starts coming into the weekend, going 11 9 in those starts. Believe it or not however, that Manning only ranks 7th in the league in passing yards (4,040). He once again had a great QB rating of 98.0. He also protects the ball very well throwing 31 TD's against only 14 INT's. Did I mention he was the defending Super Bowl winning QB?

1) Tom Brady New England

Brady ranks 1st in virtually every major passing category. This season he threw for 4,806 yards and a season season record with 50 touchdowns. Brady also only threw 8 INT's to go along with those 50 touchdowns. Brady himself knows a thing or two about winning playoff games having won 3 Super Bowls. By the way Brady also was named NFL Offensive Player of the Year.
